Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your complaint, you must provide a video of the box opening as proof. We will provide store credit or an exchange for the damaged item. No cash refunds will be issued.

Complaint Submission: Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours after delivery, along with the video proof of the box opening.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
